Senger Family Bursary established for Black Students
Tina Senger and the BC Black History Awareness Society have established the bursary as a long-term fund to ease economic hardship of attendance at university. Bursaries will be awarded annually. The Senger Family Bursary is intended to award funds to assist meritorious students who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents with demonstrated financial need and who are or will be enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate bachelor’s degree program in the Greater Vancouver Area.

- Submit your completed application to bursary@bcblackhistory.ca
- The application deadline is May 1, 2025 for a fall 2025 award.
