Established in 1872, Ross Bay Cemetery is the resting place of many of BC’s earliest and most prominent citizens. It is also the site of important graves connected to Black BC history, including community pioneers. The BCBHAS Gravesite Restoration Project has worked to preserve and honour these burial sites.
