Let’s paint a mural!

The new Black and Here Community Centre is hosting a mural workshop series led
by artist Diego Narvaez.
There will be 3 workshops on Saturdays: March 28th, April 4th, April 11th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Participants will collaborate to design and paint a mural, exploring storytelling by connecting their personal experiences to the more public space of the centre. From diving into your roots (past), to expanding your passion (present), to creating a vision of the community you want to be immersed in (future).

You are welcome to register for one BUT are encouraged to assist in all of them!

This workshop series is free and open to all ages and abilities identifying as Black, Indigenous, a Person of Colour, Newcomer, Immigrant and or Refugee.
No experience is necessary but space is limited.
